01Who we are

Beatus Virtual Solutions ("Beatus", "we", "us") runs this website and is responsible for the personal information collected through it. This policy covers the site and the conversations that start from it. Personal information we process for clients during an engagement is covered by that client's agreement with us.

02What we collect

We collect only what you send us and what is needed to run the site:

• When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you include in the message, such as your company, the role you need filled and the hours you need covered.
• When you book a scoping call: the details the booking form asks for, typically your name, email address and the time you choose.
• When you visit the site: anonymous, aggregated usage figures such as page views, referring site, country, device type and browser. These cannot identify you.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health details or government identification numbers through the site.

03How we use it

• To reply to you, run the scoping call and follow up about the role you described.
• To prepare a proposal or agreement if you decide to work with us.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, using aggregated figures only.
• To keep the site secure and to meet our legal obligations.

We rely on your request (taking steps before a contract), our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the site, and our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

04Cookies and analytics

The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless: it counts visits without storing anything on your device or following you across other sites.

The booking calendar is run by a third party and may set the cookies it needs to work when you open it. Its own policy describes them.

05Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under terms that require them to protect it:

• Vercel, which hosts the site and provides its analytics.
• SuperSaaS, which runs our booking calendar.
• Our email provider, which stores the messages you send us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Beatus is ever reorganised or sold, the information may pass to the new owner under this policy.

06International transfers

Our team and our service providers work across several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses so your information keeps an equivalent level of protection.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case the engagement agreement sets the retention period. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. Aggregated analytics contain no personal information.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• see the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• have it corrected if it is wrong, or deleted;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it;
• complain to the data protection authority where you live.

To use any of these rights, email hello@beatus.pro. We will reply within 30 days and will not charge you for a reasonable request.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the site and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect.
