Is this outsourcing or staffing?
Staffing. You get named people who report into your managers and work your process. We handle recruiting, payroll, equipment, and local compliance in the Philippines — you handle the work itself.
What happens if the person isn't working out?
Tell us during the two-week trial and you owe nothing beyond the hours worked. After that, replacement is free and we re-shortlist within five business days. We keep a documented handover so the next hire doesn't start from zero.
Do we have to use your CRM?
No. Most clients keep the stack they already own, and our agents work inside it. We build a CRM only when the tools you are paying for do not fit the way you actually sell — and it is a separately scoped piece of work, never a condition of staffing.
Can they work US or European hours?
Yes. Our AMER desk runs 21:00–06:00 Cebu time, which covers US Pacific through Eastern business hours; the EMEA desk covers CET and UK. Night differential sits inside the rate we quote rather than being billed on top.
How do you handle data access and security?
Every hire works on your SSO seats with your MFA policy, from company-issued and managed devices. NDAs and IP assignment are signed before day one, and offboarding is a single revoke on your side.
How long have you been doing this?
Beatus itself is new — we opened in Cebu this year. The recruiting and team leads behind it are not; they came from established Cebu BPOs and have been placing offshore staff for years. We'd rather tell you that than dress up numbers we haven't earned, which is why the trial is paid, short, and cancellable.
What's the minimum commitment?
One hire, one month, after the trial. Billing is monthly in arrears with 30 days' notice to end. There is no annual contract and no placement fee.
